Intruder Alarm
We have the alarm to suit. From complex to simple across every sector. Our technicians and sales team can design a system that best suits your needs based on a security risk assessment of your premises. With our extensive experience in the industry comes a wealth of knowledge that puts us in a good place to tailor make a system for any customer. Our alarm systems can be wired, wire free or hybrid (mixture of wired and wire free). With the vast improvement of wire free alarm systems and components in the last 10 years it is now possible to install detection in areas where it is either not possible or not desirable to run cables. This gives you far more options when designing a system and therefore leaves the customer with more of a choice.
App Control
With all of our alarm systems it is possible for connection to cloud based apps for full control of your system remotely from smartphone or tablet.
Intruder Alarm Types
Below is a brief overview of some of the most commonly used means of detection for intruder alarms and all of them can be either wired or wire-free Inertia Shock Window / Door Sensors Detects vibrations on doors / windows or walls PIR (Passive Infra-Red) Motion Detectors A passive infrared sensor (PIR sensor) is an electronic sensor that measures infrared (IR) light radiating from objects in its field of view. Dualtech PIR Motion Sensors Dual Technology devices usually encompass PIR and Microwave, when combined, these sensors provide an excellent detection rate and high immunity to false alarms. Magnetic Reed Door / Window Contacts Magnetic reed contacts are used for protecting openings for example doors and windows. When the door/window is closed the magnet closes the circuit and when it is open it opens the circuit. Panic Attack Buttons / Hold Up Alarms A panic alarm is an electronic device designed to assist in alerting somebody in emergency situations where a threat to persons or property exists.
